MP3 is designed to be governed by the people inside it. This page separates what exists today from what is planned.

- MP3 is in development. No Citizens have joined and no votes have been held.
- Public launch is planned for July 2027.
- The governance model below is the design MP3 is being built to. Nothing on this page is a right anyone holds yet.
As designed
An eight-round voting funnel.
Decisions move through eight rounds on a single ranked ballot. Every vote carries equal weight; higher tiers simply enter earlier rounds.

Who does what
Councils
Working councils of twelve seats each. Seats are appointed, never bought and never publicly elected. The MP3 Council decides on MP3 Realms.
Crews
The people who do the work, recognised with a Founding Crew title in their category. Crew titles are conferred by the MP3 Council.
Hall of Fame
Two Founder titles, each capped at 1,000 worldwide: EGP Founder and MP3 World Deed Founder.
Creative Collectives
Informal groups of creators that can be incubated into a Realm, a full working business inside MP3.
