Creator economics
Four revenue streams. One public formula.
MP3 runs on the same engine as the rest of the Mesaverse. The mechanics are designed to be understood, not hidden behind a dashboard.

Not every percentage is the same kind.
- Share of a sale82.5%
What the creator keeps from a direct sale of their own work. It is measured against the full price the buyer pays.
- Gross profit margin≈ 50%
What MP3 keeps as gross profit on memberships, Corporate Reveler spend and first sales of World Deeds, after their direct costs.
- Share of gross profit21% / 3%
What Citizens earn from the gross profit generated by people they invited (21%), and by the people those Citizens invite (3%).
The four streams
The four streams
Direct creative sales
A creator sells their own work.
The remaining 17.5% is gross profit, divided by the published formula.
82.5% kept by the creatorProducer & Fan memberships
Citizens choose a membership tier. Fan is free.
Prices are on the Membership page.
≈ 50% gross profit marginCorporate Revelers
Vetted brands buy memberships and advertising.
Revelers are excluded from the founding vote.
≈ 50% gross profit marginMP3 World Deeds
The first sale of a territory deed.
Applies to the first sale of each deed.
≈ 50% gross profit margin
The exception
Three streams earn about 50%. The creator's own work doesn't.
Memberships, brands and deeds carry roughly half their value as gross profit. A creator's own sale is the one place MP3 chooses not to profit the same way: 82.5% stays with the person who made it.
Where the 17.5% goes
The gross profit from every direct sale is divided by one public formula, identical for every Citizen and the same as in the rest of the Mesaverse. Part of it rewards the Citizens who invited the buyer, and 10% goes to SxS One, a Canadian not-for-profit organization applying for registration as a charity, which supports the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
Figures describe the model as designed. MP3 is not live yet, and no earnings are being paid today.
